How to whitelist an email account?

Whitelisting serves as an ideal solution to guarantee you receive emails from crucial senders without fail. It operates by instructing our email servers to consistently permit emails from a designated sender, ensuring they reach your mailbox uninterrupted. To start whitelisting an email address, simply follow the provided instructions.

• Log into your TierraNet account
  
  
• Hover over the Email tab and select Email Filters: All Accounts. 
  
  

 

• In the Account Wide Preferences page, select the Whitelist/Blacklist tab
  
  
  
  
• In the Whitelist/Blacklist settings page, make sure you've selected the option for "Add to my: Whitelist" in the text box to the right, simply type or paste the email or destination address you wish to whitelist. Click Add once you've done so. 
  
  
  
  
  
• Once added, your page will refresh and will give you a list of the address whitelisted below.
