We offer our customers the ability to modify their email filters to help avoid those annoying SPAM messages we all receive time to time. Setting up these filters can sometimes be crucial to one's day-to-day email consumption, luckily, the TierraNet control panel offers both individual and account-wide email filtering settings. You can access both by following the instructions below:
Individual Email Filters
- Log into your TierraNet control panel
- Hover your mouse over the Email icon and select 'Email Home' to be redirected to the Email Services page.
- From the Email Services page, locate the mailbox you wish to manage. On the lefleft-hand side your mailbox, you will see a + sign. Click on the + sign to expand your mailbox control panel menu.
- Once the control panel has been expanded, the left-handed side will reveal a set of icons. Select the flag icon to view your email filters.
Email Filters: All accounts
- Log into your TierraNet control panel
- Hover your mouse over the Email icon and select 'Email Filters: All Accounts' to be redirected to the Account Wide Preferences Page.
