Having connection issues
-
Provided there are no typos in filling the account configuration fields, most connectivity issues stem from mismatched Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) host information. Specifically, your email client is counting on the incoming and outgoing mail server to be secured with an SSL certificate installed on our servers for the hostname of mail.tierra.net. SSL certificates help increase security by encrypting the transmission of your email.
To correct this issue
-
(Not recommended) Disable SSL within the email client.
