How do I upload a zone file?

If you need to add or update multiple DNS records at once, you can upload a zone file directly through the customer portal. This can be a convenient alternative to manually creating individual DNS records.
 

Important: Uploading a zone file may add or modify DNS records associated with the selected domain. Review the contents of your zone file carefully before uploading it to avoid unintended DNS changes.

Uploading Your Zone File

Follow the steps below to upload your zone file:
 

1. Log in to your account

Log in to your customer portal and navigate to the DNS section.
 

2. Select the domain

Under Select domain to manage, use the drop-down menu to select the domain you want to update.

Once you've selected the domain, click Go.
 

3. Select the Zone File option

Locate the Add records for: drop-down menu.

Select Add from Zone File, then click Add.
 

4. Select your zone file

When prompted, select the zone file saved on your computer and proceed with the upload.

The portal will process the file and add the DNS records contained within it to the selected domain.
