Log into your account and hover your mouse over the DNS icon at the top right of your page and select DNS Home from the drop-down.
You will be redirected to the Manage DNS page where you can scroll to the bottom to select the domain to manage, and click Go.
Note: If you don’t see your domain listed, you may need to double-check that your domain is pointing to TierraNet nameservers. To find out more, please check out our Nameserver article in the Help Center.
You'll be redirected to your domain's DNS page, showing you all the current DNS your domain has. To add a new DNS record, use the drop-down menu at the bottom of your page that says Add Records For to select the type of DNS record and click Add.
- Proceed to fill in the blanks with the information you want to add. Once you've confirmed all the information is correct click Add.
- It's important to remember that DNS updates can take 24-48 hours to propagate. If you find that your records have not propagated within the time frame, please contact customer support.
