MX records, also known as mail exchange records, are DNS records that specify the mail server responsible for accepting email messages on behalf of a domain. When someone sends an email to an address at a particular domain, the sender's mail server queries the DNS for the domain's MX records to determine where to deliver the message.
Our MX records are added by default for any domain that has been registered or is pointing to our nameservers. You can find these records by following the steps in this article:

If your domain is using our hosting or email forwarding services, and it is NOT pointing to our Nameservers please ensure your domain is pointing to the following MX records with your nameserver and DNS provider:
