You may have added DNS records to your TierraNet control panel; however, those DNS records are not updating or passing verification checks. Odds are that your domain is not pointing its nameservers to us.
Domain names can be registered through one company and can be pointed to an external DNS manager or nameserver provider. If this happens, then the DNS records added through our portal will not update. You can check if your domain is pointing to our nameservers by doing the following:
Go to the Domains section of your account and click on the plus sign next to the name of the domain you're updating.
If your domain is not pointing to one of the pair of nameservers below, then we are not managing your DNS services.
NS1.TIERRA.NET & NS2.TIERRA.NET.
NS1.DOMAINDISCOVER.COM & NS2.DOMAINDISCOVER.COM
If your domain is not pointing to our nameservers, you'd need to contact the provider for the nameservers displayed when looking at your domain and ask for their assistance with the DNS record update you're looking to complete.
