It's good practice to update your log in credentials from time to time. From the TierraNet control panel, you can update your username and password information anytime. Note that you can update both username and password options at the same time or separately. Just fill in the blanks and ensure you make note of your changes.

Updating your Username:
- Log in to your TierraNet account
- Hover over or select the Account navigation tab and you will get a dropdown menu.
- Select the Username & Password from the dropdown menu.
- Fill in your Current Password. DO NOT fill in New Password or Confirm Password unless you are intending to update it.
- Replace your current Username with the new one.
- Once you're done updating your username click Update at the bottom of the page.
Updating your Password
- Log in to your TierraNet account
- Hover over or select the Account navigation tab and you will get a dropdown menu.
- Select the Username & Password from the dropdown menu.
- Fill in your Current Password. DO NOT edit the Username unless you are intending to update it.
- Fill in your New Password and Confirm Password(The NEW Password).
- Once you're done updating your username click Update at the bottom of the page.
Once updated, you should receive an email confirming that the updates have been successfully made to your account.
Password Not Recoverable Option: This will disable all password recovery methods from working in your account. This should only be used if you are absolutely certain that you will remember your password.
