- Scroll down to Apps > find Mail > click on Mail Accounts.


You should now be able to view all your mailboxes. Click on the one that’s experiencing issues.
- Once you open up your mail account, click on "Account settings" and you should see your incoming mail server from there.
Host Name: mail.tierra.net
User Name: your webmail address (example@example.com)
Password: Put in your mailbox password that's used for webmail.
To get to your outgoing mail server, click on "SMTP" and then click under "Primary server"

This should take you to your outgoing mail server where it should look something like this:

Host Name: mail.tierra.net
User Name: your webmail address (example@example.com)
Password: Put in your mailbox password that's used for webmail.
Incoming email ports are used to receive emails, with IMAP being the most common. Outgoing email ports, like SMTP, are used to send emails from a client to a mail server. For secure and reliable email communication, IMAP with port 993 and SMTP with port 587 are commonly recommended.
Incoming:
IMAP: port 993 (SSL/TLS) or 143 (non-encrypted)
Outgoing:
Port 465 (SSL/TLS)
Port 587 (SSL/TLS)
Port 25 (uncrypted)
