Outlook for Windows

Click the FILE tab



and select Add Account

Enter Email Address and click Advanced options. Check Let me set up my account manually, and then click Connect

Select IMAP

Enter the following information, then click Next

Incoming mail

Server

mail.tierra.net

Port

993

Encryption method

STARTTLS

Uncheck Require logon using Secure Password Authentication (SPA)

Outgoing mail

Server
         mail.tierra.net
Port
       587
Encryption method
       STARTTLS 

Uncheck Require logon using Secure Password Authentication (SPA)

Enter your case-sensitive password and click Connect

(Note: This should be a separate password from the one used to log into your TierraNet control panel)

Click Done
