The instructions below will help guide you into accessing your site files via FTP through Classic FTP:
Launch Classic FTP and select the Connect icon at the top of your screen. If you're setting up Classic FTP for the first time, you'll automatically get the Add New Site pop-up.
In the pop-up window, fill in the blanks with the following information:
FTP Server: ftp.yourdomain.com
If you have trouble connecting using your domain as the host, as an alternative, the IP address for your hosting package will work.
*The blank box next to the FTP Server is the Port field. Please use port 21.*
Username: Enter your FTP username.
Password: Enter your case-sensitive FTP password.
Secure FTP: Use standard FTP
Once you've entered your FTP login information click OK. A successful connection will result in all your current site files showing up on the screen:
