Cyberduck is another powerful file transfer protocol (FTP) client similar to Filezilla. Cyberduck is free-to-use but will prompt you for donations after software updates. You can click this link for a free download of Cyberduck.
The instructions below will help guide you into accessing your site files via FTP through Cyberduck:
Launch Cyberduck and select Open Connection...
In the pop-up window, fill in the blanks with the following information:
Host: ftp.yourdomain.com
If you have trouble connecting using your domain as the host, as an alternative, the IP address for your hosting package will work.
Username: Enter your FTP username.
Password: Enter your case-sensitive FTP password.
Port: 21
SSH Private Key: None
Once you've entered your FTP login information click Connect.
Depending on your domain's configuration you might be prompted with another pop-up.
If you are NOT using an SSL certificate you will get a prompt on the screen asking you to switch to FTP-SSL, select Continue.
If you ARE using an SSL certificate, select Change.
A successful connection will result in all your current site files showing up on the screen:
