How do I move a domain from one TierraNet account to another?

Moving a domain between TierraNet accounts is a different process than transferring the domain to another registrar. To move domains between accounts:`

• Log in to your TierraNet account. Click Domains, then select Domains Home. 

           

 

• On the Domain Services page, Select the domain you want to move. Click the (+) icon to the left of the domain name to expand the field, a grey dropdown boxes will appear.
  
  In the right-hand box, locate and click on the Move This Domain option to continue

        

 

• On the next screen, enter the account username you'd like to transfer the domain to. 

                      

 

• To move additional domains, click the Edit/View selections button and check the desired domains from the pop-up box. Once the domains have been selected, click Submit. 
   
• Continue through the process, confirming that the correct domain(s) are being moved to the correct account.
   

• Once the move is submitted, change of control emails will be sent to the admins of both the gaining and losing accounts. Both parties must approve their email to finalize the domain move.
