How do I transfer my domain name to TierraNet?

1. The domain name must be currently active. Domains in Redemption Status cannot be transferred.

2. The registrar lock for your domain must be turned off. This can be done through your current registrar.

3. The transfer authorization (als) code must be obtained from your current registrar.

To initiate the transfer of your domain over to TierraNet:

• Log into your account and hover over the Domains navigation tab 
  (If you don't already have an account, you need to firste one before you can follow the next steps. Click here to create your account.)

• Select the Transfer Domains option from the drop-down menu.
  
  
  
  
  

• Enter the domain you would like to transfer in the search box. Note that you can enter multiple domains in the search box, separated with either a comma or a space. Once you ensure there are no typos in the domain name(s) click, Start Transfer.
  
  
  

• Use the drop-down menu under  Registration term to select the number of years of registration you would like to add to the domain during the transfer process. Click Add to Basket to continue onto payment.
  
    
  
  

• Once you've completed the transaction for your transfer, please look at the top of the Domain Services page for a red exclamation point Then click the link regarding the pending transfer(s). Our system will ask for the transfer authorization (EPP) code a few minutes after the order.
