How do I add a new credit card?

To add your payment information, first log in to your TierraNet account. Once logged into your account:

1. Hover over the Account navigation tab and select the Payment Information option from the drop-down menu.
   
   
2. To add a Credit or Debit Card as a payment method, click on the ADD/REPLACE PAYMENT METHOD button.
   
   
3. Enter the required information for the Credit or Debit Card you wish to use.
   
   
4. Click the Add button to complete the addition of your new payment method. 
   
         - If you're looking to update the expiration date on an existing card, click the Edit  button.
   
   
5. Once the new payment method is added, you can remove any old payment methods by clicking the  icon on the same line as that payment item.
   
   

We allow multiple payment methods to be stored on file for your convenience. Please make certain that the correct one is marked as Auto Pay.
