If your hosting account is exceeding its disk space allotment, there's a good chance that you're storing a high volume of email on our servers. This is something you'll want to monitor on a regular basis. This is a two-step process:
- Delete messages - Be sure to delete any unwanted emails from your mailbox. You can easily accomplish this by logging onto webmail.tierra.net.
-Make sure you delete emails from your sent, drafts, spam, and junk folders as well! - Empty your trash can - Then be sure to remove the emails from the trash bin inside of your email client because those emails will also count towards your overall resource allotment!
Keep in mind that messages stored in other folders also count toward your disk usage.
Once you have removed the emails from the trash folder, the changes should be reflected at around midnight PST which is when our servers refresh.
