How To Add Hosting To Your TierraNet Account

Hosting is one of the most important pillars when creating a website and starting email services for your domain.  You can purchase a hosting package for your domain(s) by following the instructions below:

• Log in to your account
  
  
• Click the Hosting tab to go to your Hosting Services page.
  
  

• From the Add Hosting Service Page, you will see a list of all the available hosting packages we offer.
  
  

• From the list, select the hosting package you wish to purchase. Once you've selected the hosting package that best suits your needs, please click continue at the bottom right of the page.
  
  

• You will be presented with two options when attaching the hosting package to your domains.
  

  • The first, you can select Create a New Domain to attach the hosting package to a domain registered externally or registered in a different TierraNet account.
    
    

  • The second option, Use one of your registered domains can be used to attach the hosting to one of the domains registered through your account. You can select the domain you wish to add through the scroll menu. Once selected, you can check the box below to activate your hosting immediately. 
    
    (Note: Checking the box will automatically add our default Hosting DNS records to your domains DNS management page which could disrupt web or email hosting services you may have with another provider.)
    
    

• Verify you’ve selected the correct domain and select Proceed to continue to the Shopping Basket.
  
  

• In the shopping basket, make sure all the information is correct before proceeding with your payment. Click on confirm order to process your payment. 
  
  

• Once the payment has been processed, you can confirm your hosting package is setup by going back to the Hosting Services page. Your active hosting package will be shown in the middle of your page.
