Why am I receiving a WhoIs Data Reminder email?

We send out a Whois Data Reminder email to our customers to ensure that the registrant information
related to their domain is up to date. 
If you need to make any updates to your contact information:

• Log in to your TierraNet account
• Click on Account and go to Account Home
• Click Edit next to your contact information

If you see that most of the information shown is redacted and showing “Whois Privacy Service” that is because your domain is set up with Private Domain Registration. Your information is redacted from public viewing. To learn more about this service, go to the following article:
