Can I give access to my account to multiple users?

Unfortunately, TierraNet does not allow users to create multiple username access to their accounts, it is a one password one username-based system. If somebody needs to make changes to the account on your behalf, you could always provide them with your account Express Service Code and they can contact us with their request so we can help them out. We do not recommend giving out account username and password information

If you need to give somebody developer access, you can create an FTP username to give them access to the domain's backend.
