How do I make my domain redirect to an existing site?

We offer a list of options known as Value Added Services which are complimentary services provided to you for just having your domain registered or hosted with us.

To add a redirect for your domain:

1. Once logged into your account, click on the Domains navigation tab and then select the domain you wish to update.

2. Click the Edit button next to Web Service. Optionally, if you are looking to redirect multiple domains, click the (additional domains...) link and highlight the desired domains. Once highlighted, move them to the Selected domains: box by clicking the right move arrow.

3. Select the option to Redirect my domain to an existing URL by clicking on the radio button to the left of the option.

4. Enter the full URL (http://www.domain.com) of the website you want to redirect to. Click Preview Changes.

5. Review the changes to ensure they are correct then click on Confirm Changes. 

Please note that, in order for you to use a URL Redirect, or any other Value Added Services we offer, your domain must be pointing to our Nameservers. Our Nameservers are either "NS1.TIERRA.NET" and "NS2.TIERRA.NET" or "NS1.DOMAINDISCOVER.COM" and "NS2.DOMAINDISCOVER.COM". 

If your domain name is not currently set to point to either of those sets of Nameservers ,your DNS is not being hosted on our system and the redirect will not work.
