How do I add another FTP account?

Whether you want to only give access to a certain directory, or you simply don't want your web developer to know your main account username and password, you can easily create extra FTP account logins:

• To create a new FTP account, log into your account and click the Hosting tab to go to your Hosting Services page.

• Click on the Manage FTP Accounts link on the left hand side of the page.

• Under Add a new FTP account enter the username, password, and directory for which you would like this account to have access. Note that, if you only want this FTP account to be able to see/download the files in a certain directory, select the Read only option.

  Click the Add button to create the FTP account.

• This new FTP account should be fully active within a few minutes.
