How do I change my username and/or password?

Once logged into your account:

1. Click on the Account navigation tab to go to your Account Services page.

2. Click the Username & Password link under the Account Preferences section.

3. Replace your currently listed username with your new one (if you would like to change your username) and enter the new password.

4. If you are looking to update the password, simply type the new one in the "New Password" box and confirm the new password by typing it in the "Confirm Password" box.
5. Once done updating your username and/or password click Update at the bottom of the page.

Once updated, you should receive an email confirming that the updates have been successfully made to your account.

Password Not Recoverable Option: This will disable all password recovery methods from working in your account. This should only be used if you are absolutely certain that you will remember your password.
