How can I change my nameserver information?

You can update your nameserver information by following the instructions below or by viewing the video above. 

• Log into your account and click on the Domains  tab to go to your main Domain Services page.
  
  
• Expand the domain you wish to update, click on the Edit button next to the listed Nameservers found on the right-hand column.
  
  
• To use our nameservers for your domain, click on the Use Defaults button. If you're using another provider's nameservers, simply replace the currently listed nameservers with the new ones. Click the Preview Changes button.
  
  
• After reviewing the previewed changes, click on Confirm Changes to complete the change on your domain.
  
  

Be aware that after your nameserver information has been updated, it could take 24-48 hours for the changes to finish propagating. If its been more than 48 hours and your nameservers are not resolving properly, please contact customer support
