We have received customer reports regarding an issue encountered while accessing the mailbox control panel. Specifically, users have reported instances where the mailbox control panel menu intermittently disappears and reappears upon attempting to open it. This issue has been predominantly observed among users of Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge browsers. Although we have not yet identified a definitive common cause across these platforms, we have discovered that clearing the browser's cache or utilizing an incognito/private window typically resolves the problem.
